In August 2008, amid the war between Russia and Georgia in South Ossetia American reporter Thomas Anders (Rupert Friend, The Young Victoria) and his cameraman (Richard Coyle, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time) try to document the escalating conflict. But when Thomas falls for a young Georgian girl (Emmanuelle Chriqui, Entourage) he realises that sometimes you can't just stand by and do nothing.
