Life takes a downward spiral for Alyce after a night of partying goes terribly wrong and a drunken stumble knocks her best friend Carroll off the roof of an apartment building. Having miraculously survived the fall, Carroll is left injured and unable to speak. Alyce, realising that she won't be able to hide the truth about what happened forever, begins to unravel; losing sleep, losing her job and eventually her sanity. On deciding to take control of the situation, she sees only one way to ensure her secret is kept. How far does she need to go to hide the truth, and will one murder be enough?
