Robots vs. bikers action/sci-fi. Heading for Mexico to escape the attentions of the authorities, renegade biker rebel Lady (Stacey Dash) and her gang stop off at a small town that they discover is populated with crazed killer cyborgs. When some of her gang are kidnapped by the cyborgs, Lady and her gang decide it's time to turn the tables on the megalomaniacal villain Eliot (Paul Le Mat) who is controlling them.
