Despatch

All orders placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday GMT) will be despatched the same day (for items in-stock).

Orders placed outside this time will be despatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail as our primary UK delivery partner, but also offer an optional Next Day service via DHL for an additional fee (see below).

Please note due to the current pandemic all delivery times may be longer than the times stated above/below depending on the volume of parcels at your local depot.

International Delivery

All international delivers (outside of the EU) are sent via DHL Express. The rate charged is dependent on the weight of your parcel, you can see the total weight of your order on the CART page and the relevant delivery charge (below) will be shown on the CHECKOUT page.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer a service to all parts of the Countries listed below. We are unable to offer shipments to postcodes in the 'Remote Surcharge Areas', this is due to an additional £18 fee charged by our courier for remote delivery locations. Please contact us to check your postcode / zipcode prior to placing an international order.

European Delivery

All EU shipments are via DHL Economy Select. Please be aware that DVD + Blu-Rays have a 0% import Duty, but you will be required to pay VAT at your local rate and/or a courier admin fee when importing products from Deff into your Country.

Once your order has been sent from our UK Distribution centre you will receive an e-mail confirming despatch.

All international orders are tracked and signed.

All UK orders use Royall Mails new barcode system which notifies us once delivery has been made.

In the rare event you do not receive your delivery within the time specified above please contact us no later than 14 days after despatch and we will raise a case with the selected courier.
