20 years on from the ferocious and deeply upsetting original film a young British Asian police officer is going deep undercover into the heart of the Shadwell FC firm. The team's resurgent hooligan element are fired up by a takeover from a Russian billionaire and adventures into Europe, whilst plans to build a new mosque in the shadow of Shadwell's ground create an explosive environment for Mo to defuse.
