All the above sites are store fronts to our main system, by registering with one you automatically have access to the others and may log into any one of our storefronts if you choose using the e-mail address & password you first registered with us.

Your Personal Information

If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website(s), we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

For example we hold the following personal information in order to process any orders you place: First Name, Last Name, E-Mail, Phone Number, Billing Address and Delivery Address. 

In addition to this we also record whether you have subscribed to our newsletter, what products you have ordered (Product / Quantity / Price) and any activity on your account such as Adding an address, Searches, Logins (IP Address / Time / Date) as well as Products added to your Wish List and/or Cart.

Newsletter Sign Up

As part of the registration process for our fortnightly newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third party provider, SendGrid, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. 

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by visiting the Newsletter Subscription page on any of our sites (This is accessible from the Account menu on the footer of every page of all our sites. (Your Account > Newsletter).

Service & Product Reviews

Deff.com may contact you via email to invite you to review any services and/or products you received from us [in order to collect your feedback and improve our services [and products]] (the “Purpose”). We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address and reference number with Trustpilot for the Purpose.
