We take the risk of internet fraud very seriously. With the volume of fraudulent credit card transactions increasing, we make every effort to ensure all orders are thoroughly checked using the information already supplied. There is a possibility we may contact you to make additional security checks and we ask for your co-operation to enable us to complete them. We will not tolerate fraudulent transactions and such transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If in the unlikely event the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later.
You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

In the event a returns request is due to us supplying an incorrect item we will provide a pre-paid returns label via e-mail.
Cancellation before despatch
You can cancel and order before it has been despatched as long as it is not reached the picking stage of the order process, for example pre-orders for forthcoming releases.
Please contact our Customer Services team to initiate a pre-despatch cancellation (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm GMT).
All pre-despatch cancelations will receive a refund equal to the original order value minus the payment processing fee which we are charged by our payment partner:
Pay Pal: (UK) 2.9% + 30p
Pay Pal: (Non UK) 3.4% + 30p
Debit/Credit Cards: (UK) 1.4% + 20p
Debit/Credit Cards: (Non UK) 2.9% + 20p
All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 24 as standard, upon checkout you have the option to upgrade to a faster service i.e UPS Next Working Day for an addition fee (our current delivery fees are displayed on the checkout page and our Delivery page).
Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee their delivery times on any of the services we use and as such we cannot be held responsible for any deliveries that take longer than expected.
We do guarantee that if you place your order before 4pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays & Pubic Holidays) and that item is in stock (as shown on the stock status on the product page) we will despatch your order the same day.
Lost Parcels - If you have not received your order within 10 days UK | Rest of the World within 21 days please contact our Customer Services team who will start a security investigation with the relevant courier.
We are unable to issue a refund for lost parcels until 14 working days (UK) or 25 working days (Rest of the World) have passed since day of despatch. All UK orders have tracked delivery confirmations from Royal Mail (We receive a tracking number for your parcel and a confirmation of when that parcel has successfully been delivered - unfortunately this does not include step by step details of where your parcel is at every stage of its journey.)
All non-european International orders can only be sent via International Tracked and Signed. Please note, on International deliveries we have to wait 25 working days before Royal Mail will consider a parcel lost.
All European orders are sent via UPS Tracked & Signed.
In the very rare event of multiple separate deliveries being lost to the same address/account we reserve the right to close and or suspend that account in order to protect the competitive pricing we offer our customers until such time as a full security investigation has been carried out by the courier in question and a more reliable service/solution found.
Unfortunately despite the excellent team we have working here at Deff ensuring your order is picked, packed and passed to our courier(s) perfectly every time, its the last part of that process - "The delivery company" that we have little to no control. We are constantly reviewing our delivery options to try to find that balance of value-for-money with good service. Please check our Delivery page regularly for our latest delivery services & prices.
All orders outside the UK will incur a delivery charge as set out on our Delivery page, if for any reason an order is received for delivery outside the UK without a delivery charge, we will cancel the order and issue a full and immediate refund.
All prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you (save that any changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation).
If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, no additional taxes will be charged to you. If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
