Barkin (voice of Burt Reynolds) ends up in heaven without any good deeds to his credit, he tricks his way back to Earth to help a young orphan girl named Anne-Marie (Judith Barsi) to even the score with Carface (Vic Tayback), the gangster pitbull who double-crossed and killed him.
