Paris-set seasonal comedy drama directed by Vincent Lannoo.
Formerly an acclaimed novelist, Paul (Stéphane Guillon) has struggled with his craft since the death of his wife five years previously and, instead of writing novels, he now writes touching eulogies for people to read at the funerals of their loved ones.
When his latest client, Emma (Julie Gayet), asks Paul to write an account of her late husband's life for the benefit of her eight-year-old son Adam (Jules Rotenberg), Paul initially declines as her husband has been dead for years.
However, with some encouragement from his Jewish neighbour Victor (Pierre Richard), Paul eventually comes around to the idea and begins his research.
But, just as his project gets underway, the unexpected arrival of Nathan (Jonathan Zaccaï), the subject of the eulogy, has everyone scratching their heads...
