Ten years later, Suzie (Christina Ricci from Sleepy Hollow) leaves England for Paris to start a new life. While working in a prestigious opera company, she meets and falls in love with gypsy horse handler, Cesar (Johnny Depp from Chocolat). As the Nazi threat intensifies, Suzie is forced once again to flee the life she has created and leave all that she loves behind.
