The Purge: If on one night every year, you could commit any crime without facing consequences, what would you do? In a near-future America, the government has sanctioned an annual 12-hour period in which all criminal activity, including murder, becomes legal: The Purge. On this night plagued by violence and an epidemic of crime, one family is tested to see how far they will go to protect themselves when the vicious outside world breaks into their home.

The Purge Anarchy: As this year’s annual Purge begins, Leo, an enigmatic loner haunted by the death of his son, wants revenge. Eva, a single mother, is forced, along with daughter Cali, to leave her apartment when they are attacked. Shane and Liz, a young couple, become victims of a carjacking. Seeking refuge in Leo’s armoured car, Shane and Liz team up with these other three strangers. Now, this unlikely group find out just how far they will go to protect themselves, and each other, as they fight to survive the night.

The Purge Election Year: It has been two years since Leo Barnes (Frank Grillo) stopped himself from a regrettable act of revenge on Purge Night - the 12 hours of lawlessness. This year, the annual ritual comes at the eve of a heated presidential election with the nation deeply divided between those who are pro- and anti-Purge. As head of security for Senator Charlie Roan (Elizabeth Mitchell), Leo's mission is to protect her during her controversial and contested run for president. But when a betrayal forces them onto the streets of Washington, D.C. on the one night when no help is available, they must stay alive or both be sacrificed for their sins against the state.
